I tried the biblio.com website and found that it provides information on finding a used book - not doing a bibliography citation.
I don't know of any site that provides really good citations. They all require that you input a lot of source information and if any of it is not correct or you are missing a piece of information, then the citation will be wrong.
Best thing is to learn the format that is required. There are several different citation styles - MLA, APA, Chicago, etc.
I use Diana Hacker the most because it provides great examples for many different types of information sources. Try it out!

Edit: I now see that you're looking for publisher information. That's easy. Look the book up in WorldCat or your local library catalog.

And yes, you can search by ISBN|||http://www.biblio.com/isbn/
