I start college in the fall and want to buy books online. I have my list of textbook w/ name, author and edition but need the ISBN number. I don't think the school will give it to me because they want me to buy it from them. Is there a way I can get the ISBN from like an online website or something?|||Like the girl mentioned above..... I type the book and author name and edition number into barnes and noble. Then when the product details give me the ISBN, I copy and paste that. Then take it to Half.com, Amazon.com or Ebay and find the book for used and cheap.
Don't buy new books.|||Yeah...type in the title/author into BN.com or amazon.com and it'll list the ISBN. bn lists it right at the top, amazon you have to scroll down to "product details"
