The only Ferraris I can find who wrote things ecclesiastical was Lucius Ferraris, who lived in the 1700's.
I think the book you're asking about is "Prompta Bibliotheca canonica, juridica, moralis, theologica, necnon ascetica, polemica, rubricistica, historica." Some sources have shortened/paraphrased the title in English as "Ecclesiastical Dictionary."

I can't find full translations of this title into English. I do find it for sale here and there:
