Do books change ISBN numbers if it's the same book in another language?

If there are two books, one in English and one in Spanish, but it's the same book as in title, author, etc., is the ISBN number the same?|||Not necessarily. The books ISBN is also determined by the group which could include the language. The code helps you determine which group, etc it is in. So an ISBN could be for English - 123456 and Spanish 123456B
