How do I create an ISBN # for a book my company is publishing?

My company is publishing 1 book and we are seeking an ISBN #. I see Bowker has blocks of 10, however we only need 1 ISBN #. Any ideas?|||you do not create an ISBN. Your publisher purchases them.|||ISBN numbers are only sold in blocks of ten and only to publishers. The first numbers of an ISBN are unique to each company, so to get one not be possible. The other nine of them would belong to another publishing company and that is not how ISBN's work. Pax-C
