Want to purchase isbn 978-0-547-71064-8 textbook, but it is restricted to registered institutions. Any help?

I want to purchase to help explain/teach Albegra 2 problems to my son, but since I'm not a teacher the publisher, Holt Mcdougal Larson, will not allow me to purchase. I cannot find anywhere else on internet, since it was just published. Would appreciate any help in getting my hands on a copy.|||No, solutions keys are not for sale. Copies are given to teachers in a school when the school adopts the textbook.
