If the plot of a book changes slightly do you have to obtain a new ISBN?

If you keep the same title and same author and publishing company but there are revisions made within the book (grammatical errors, spelling...) do you have to get a new ISBN?|||i think you should ask AMAZON they know all about that and they ISSUE ISBN as well
