Is the ISBN different for 2nd printing of a book?

I want to know whether a second printing (not edition) of a book receives a different ISBN.

Also, do they receive different codebars?|||Reprints of the same edition of a book should always keep the same ISBN, unless one of two things happens:

1) the book is a reprint by a different publisher than the first printing, or

2) the format is changed - for example, if the reprint is an electronic version, or if it's paper-bound instead of cloth-bound.

The barcode on a book is generated from its ISBN (through a system called Bookland EAN), so that should also stay the same.
